Beau leads our external cleaning division, bringing a rare mix of trade skills to every job he's on. He's a qualified carpenter (4-year apprenticeship completed with Iconic Renovations) with 10+ years of hands-on building experience — including 6 years in resort and hotel maintenance, most recently as Maintenance Manager at Oaks Oasis Resort on Golden Beach where he ran the whole maintenance department for 3 years. Before that he spent two years with Service Master in Whistler, Canada, handling daily upkeep across three buildings. He's been with us for over a year now running external cleaning across pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter clear-outs, and roof work — and his trade background means he's the kind of team leader who spots a problem most cleaners would walk past. Loose flashing, rotten timber, a fascia that needs a coat of paint, a sticky door, a cracked render patch — Beau can knock it over on the same visit rather than leaving you to chase another tradie. Qualifications include Certificate IV equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery, Certificate III in Swimming Pool & Spa Service, and Certificate II in Construction Pathways, plus extensive experience in decking, framing, and full home builds. Clients love that they get a tidy property and a fresh set of eyes from someone who actually knows how a building goes together.
