All house washing is performed using the soft wash method — extremely diluted cleaning solutions matched to your specific cladding type, applied at low pressure. High-pressure washing on these surfaces will strip paint, dent timber, force water inside the cladding, and cause long-term damage.

What's Included for Windows

We walk around the property to identify cladding types, areas of concern, and any features requiring special attention or protection.
- Preparation
Windows and doors are checked to ensure they're closed. Garden beds, pot plants, outdoor furniture, and vehicles are protected. We set up our water supply and equipment.
- Eaves, Fascia & Upper Surfaces
Starting from the top down, we clean eaves, fascia boards, soffits, and the upper sections of walls — removing cobwebs, wasp nests, mould, and grime build-up.
- Wall Cleaning
All exterior walls are cleaned using the soft wash method — diluted cleaning solution applied at low pressure, matched to your cladding type. The solution is given dwell time to break down mould, algae, and grime before being thoroughly rinsed away. We work systematically around the home for complete, even coverage.
- Final Rinse & Inspection
Everything is thoroughly rinsed and inspected. We walk around the property to confirm the result and note any maintenance issues observed during the clean.
